fantastic stay, lovely amenities

i found extra large beds super comfy. the breakfast service was wonderful. the staff remembered my order from the previous day and brought the same order again. ac and the heating system worked perfectly. i really enjoyed the byredo skincare products provided in the bathroom
the bedroom doors closed loudly this surprised me and sometimes woke me up when guests left their rooms in the night

the location is near the zoo and within walking distance of kadewe a big department store it makes exploring the city very convenient for shopping and sightseeing it is a great central point

the reception staff provided helpful assistance and quick check in process i found the customer service excellent as the hotel uses a whatsapp app to check on guests daily this ensures any needs are promptly addressed and cared for

quiet environment spacious spa ample choices
the breakfast buffet was comprehensive. i found many choices. the pool and spa area were clean and spacious. the ultra comfortable rooms provided a quiet environment. complimentary coffee and water were available and replenished daily.
the gym equipment was somewhat dated.

confusing lighting control breakfast selection
i expected much more from my room, especially considering the price. the lighting controls confused me, and i found some light switches didn't work as expected. i had to buy a night light because i couldn't figure them out. the breakfast was a letdown also. it was crowded, and the staff didn't seem to keep the selections stocked well.

mixed feelings at this hotel
bizarre room lighting annoying switch issue
the reception staff were agreeable enough, i suppose it met expectations.
The room lighting was bizarre. Some switches seemed to control nothing at all i bought a night light because i never fully figured out how to turn off all the lights i found that quite annoying.

wonderful stay
hot meal kind staff spacious lobby
the breakfast selection offered an excellent variety of hot meals, and i found a special child-friendly area. the staff were very kind and helpful. the location was perfect for my meetings, and the spacious lobby allowed me to sit with clients comfortably without disturbance.
the minibar was too full, leaving me with little space for my personal items. also, i could not find an electrical outlet in the bathroom, a little inconvenient. the view from my room was not great since it overlooked the roof.

poor treatment unwelcoming atmosphere
The breakfast setup catered to kids. The room offered a good bathroom with both a power shower and a bath.
The waiter at the bar treated us poorly. He seemed annoyed we were there and insisted we take our drinks back to our room. It felt unwelcoming. I had to go to the bar to place an order myself. I felt really uncomfortable.
